General Terms and Conditions of


We are delighted that you have chosen us, our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to ensure that you have the best possible memories of us. The following terms and conditions show our commitment to our guests and represent our contract with you when you rent a FOR YOU RENTALS holiday home. We kindly ask you to read the points of this contract carefully.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the terms and conditions contained in this page are in full force and effect. The mere use of the services of this page implies the agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions and any future changes made prior to your stay in the flat. We recommend that you carefully read the conditions under which you make your reservation. It is essential that you accept these conditions in order to be able to book and access the flat.



The minimum stay may vary depending on the accommodation and/or season (see detailed description of each accommodation).



Prices are always shown in EUROS (€) and may vary depending on the time of year or special events, depending on each flat. Therefore, FOR YOU reserves the right to change them, updating them automatically on the website.



Our automatic system for calculating availability and prices will allow you to choose the flat you are interested in, and immediately book it online.


Initial payment: to book your chosen flat online, select it and include the information requested. In this first step, if the flat is finally booked, a first payment will be made online by credit card, which represents a value between 30% and 100% of the total amount. In the event that the credit card provided is not valid and such a charge is not possible by FOR YOU RENTALS, a member of our team will contact you on the contact telephone number or e-mail address you have provided. If the card number change is not carried out or if it is not possible to contact you via the contact information provided, the booking may be cancelled. In this case, an email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation.


2.         Booking confirmation: once the initial payment has been made, the booking will be confirmed instantly and you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your booking (booking details, flat address, contact person details, etc.).



3.         Final payment: the remaining rental amount will be collected 14 days before your arrival at the selected flat.


If you make a reservation less than 14 days in advance, 100% of the amount will be charged after the reservation has been made. You will also receive an e-mail when the payment has been made with all the details of your reservation.

Normal timetable for entering the flats: from 15.00 hours to 21.00 hours.

Normal departure time from the flats: Before 11.00 a.m.

Both arrival and departure times will be flexible and negotiable as long as there are no other bookings on the dates before or after.

The client must always inform us of the approximate time of arrival. It is essential to give at least 2 days notice of arrival time, otherwise we cannot guarantee the arrival time. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CALL US AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT OR ONCE YOU HAVE PICKED UP YOUR LUGGAGE FROM THE AIRPORT AT THE FOLLOWING TELEPHONE NUMBER (+34) 914320719, a member of our ticketing team will come to your flat and wait for you there, so that our guests do not have to wait for us at the entrance of the building in question.

Please note that our offices close at 20:00 pm. For arrivals after 21.00 hours there is an additional cost of 30€ until 24.00 and 50€ if it is later and until 01.00 hours at the latest, after which time we will not deliver the keys in person, but we will provide you with another form of delivery if possible. On arrival, the ID card or passport of the person who made the booking and of all occupants of the property over 16 years of age must be presented.


Departures after 11 a.m. without the express permission of FOR YOU RENTALS will incur an extra day's charge.





FOR YOU RENTALS reserves the right to require a deposit/security deposit of 200 euros upon handing over the keys during check in for stays of less than 10 days or one month's booking for any other booking (this amount may vary depending on each accommodation, so we advise you to check the conditions in the detailed description of each accommodation beforehand).


After your departure from the flat, the property will be checked to confirm that it is tidy and without significant damage or loss of items such as keys. If everything is in order, and if the deposit has been requested, it will be refunded at the time of departure. In case of loss of keys, a lost key charge of €150 will be charged to the credit card provided.


At FOR YOU RENTALS we work with empathy and common sense. With this we want to convey that we will not charge, for example, for minor damages such as a broken plate, a glass of wine, etc. However, we do ask our guests to leave the flat tidy, to remove the rubbish and to leave the keys where they have been informed during check in.  On very occasional occasions we have had to use the security deposit. However, we expect you to understand that we have to protect the interests of our owners if the property is misused.





The normal costs of electricity, gas and water during your stay will be included in the rental price, except for stays of more than 15 days, which will be charged according to consumption. The accommodations are cleaned and disinfected before each arrival of a client, and will be provided with a set of sheets and towels per person.

We provide a cleaning service and a change of the set of sheets and towels if your stay is seven days or more. However, if your stay is less than seven days, we also offer an additional cleaning service and change of towels and sheets on request for the price of 40€.

On the day of departure, the client must leave the property in acceptable conditions of order and cleanliness. If this is not the case, 100€ will be charged on top of the deposit.


Please pay special attention when making a reservation in our flats, since, as we inform you in the booking details, some of them have an additional cost of 100€ for final cleaning excluded from the price of the reservation which will be charged to your credit card and which you hereby accept.




Please note that the amounts paid for the reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable. FOR YOU RENTALS will only accept cancellations in writing by email or burofax. Failure to show up on the agreed date without written notice of cancellation will result in the full amount of the stay being charged. Cancellations of any kind, including cancellations due to force majeure, will be subject to these cancellation conditions. In any case, FOR YOU RENTALS recommends that you always take out travel cancellation insurance in our services section to avoid problems. If you cancel or modify the booking after 14 days prior to arrival or no-show, FOR YOU RENTALS will charge the full amount of your booking. If the cancellation is between 14 days and 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 75% of the booking amount will be charged. If the cancellation is between 4 weeks and 6 months before the arrival date, 50% of the amount of the accommodation will be charged and if the cancellation is 6 months before the arrival date, 25% of the amount of the rental will be charged.




It's hard to believe it will happen to you, but even the most perfect plan can sometimes go wrong. We recommend that you take out travel insurance when you travel. Travel insurance is available on our website to make it easy for you to take out insurance with a wide range of cover for you and your loved ones. Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like us to advise you in this regard.




In the event that the client decides to subsequently change or modify the dates of arrival/departure or the number of people staying in a confirmed booking, FOR YOU undertakes to find a satisfactory solution whenever possible. However, the total price will not be modified in the event that you wish to reduce the number of days and/or number of persons in the previously booked stay. In the event that a change of ACCOMMODATION is requested, the client must cancel the previously confirmed booking in accordance with the cancellation conditions, and then make a new booking. For any subsequent changes or modifications to confirmed bookings a handling charge of 5% of the booking will be applied.




If an accommodation cannot be occupied due to a duplicity of bookings (overbooking) or due to unforeseen causes not attributable to FOR YOU RENTALS, FOR YOU RENTALS will contact the client as soon as possible and will try to find an alternative, making available another accommodation with the same or superior characteristics. If the aforementioned option is not possible, or if you do not accept the change or modification, the booking will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded immediately. No further claims or complaints on your part will be admissible in such cases.




Any claim or complaint must be communicated immediately to FOR YOU RENTALS in order to solve the problem. In the event that the complaint can be clearly adjudicated to FOR YOU RENTALS, FOR YOU RENTALS undertakes to find satisfactory solutions for the clients. In the event that this is not possible, FOR YOU RENTALS will find suitable or superior accommodation at no additional cost to the customer.


FOR YOU RENTALS shall in no case be responsible for events beyond the company's control or arising from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as:


- Noise caused by building works near the reserved property.

- Supply cuts outside the dwelling.

- Breakdown of the lift.

- Malfunction of keys in the doorways.

- Or any other external issue not attributable to FOR YOU RENTALS.


No complaints or claims will be accepted once the departure has taken place, and therefore any right to compensation or solution will be forfeited.



The customer agrees to respect the rules of the house and especially the hours of rest, it is not allowed to use the apartments for party celebrations (whether spontaneous parties, bachelor parties, etc ...). In no case it is allowed to occupy the apartment for more people than those established in its maximum capacity (except babies under 2 years old). The client also undertakes to follow the instructions of use and maintenance indicated by the company and to respect the regulations regarding noise, garbage collection, normal consumption of electricity, water, etc ....


In case of any violation of the above mentioned obligations, FOR YOU RENTALS by its own criteria has the right to ask the client to vacate the apartment and the client will not be entitled to any kind of economic compensation.


Neither FOR YOU RENTALS nor the owner shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused as a consequence of the use of the apartment, including but not limited to: damage, loss after fire, theft or any other criminal act.


By booking with FOR YOU RENTALS you agree not to carry out dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities in the property, as well as any act that could create discomfort among neighbors. You will be responsible for the cost of any damage caused by you or a member of your party.


Security and Personal Responsibility


Lost property will be kept for a period of 1 month.

Most of our properties have armoured doors. Some have safes. It is your responsibility to ensure that the necessary precautions are taken against burglary: lock the door and close all windows when you are not at home etc. In the event of any of the above, FOR YOU RENTALS will hold the tenant responsible for any civil liability, and will take the corresponding actions through the competent authorities, to whom you expressly authorise the transfer of your personal details.


Please ensure that your personal insurance cover or your (and your group's) travel insurance covers you in the event of an unfortunate accident or illness during your stay. In the unlikely event of theft or damage to persons or personal property, fire, terrorist attack, civil disturbance or other force majeure circumstance neither the rental agency nor the flat owner are liable for direct or indirect damages suffered.




All descriptions and information apply to the flats published. Whilst FOR YOU RENTALS makes every effort to maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible, FOR YOU RENTALS accepts no liability for any errors or omissions that may arise. FOR YOU also has the right to change at any time information published on the website such as prices, descriptions and photos. FOR YOU RENTALS reserves the right to update any of its conditions of use at any time in the event that it is required to do so, in accordance with the company's business.




In the event of any litigious matter or any other matter relating to our website or any of those that depend on it, Spanish legislation shall apply, and the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain shall be competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to the use of this website and, where appropriate, the Consumer Arbitration Courts or similar courts to which we are adhered, at the time the dispute arises. In order to file complaints regarding the use of our services, you may contact us by mail at the electronic or physical address indicated above, and in any case you must resort to an amicable solution in the first instance.
