The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, induction hob, microwave, oven) and kitchen utensils. Towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.

The apartment has a balcony with views of Barcelona and is completely renovated and decorated with style, original details from the initial construction of the late 19th century have been maintained.
