Newly renovated with nice decoration details and an elevator that reaches the interior of the apartment. Two bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room with sea views and parking, fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi. Just ideal for relaxing by the beach with a spectacular floor.
The La Puntilla area is located at the end of the Las Canteras beach promenade, the area with the best beach. Las Cantera has been considered in 20106 as the best urban beach in the world, with a natural barrier of rock, that allows enjoying the sea like a swimming pool.
The whole area of Las Canteras is a lively area, with a walk along the beach of 3km, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer along the whole promenade. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea, walks, and sport.
Along the promenade, you can enjoy different options, the area of La Puntilla and surroundings is ideal for snorkeling goggles, but at about 2000 mths are beaches for surfing, with a great atmosphere.
To move in this area you do not need to have a car, everything is close and walking you can move to the different beaches along Las Canteras, as well as to the leisure areas and supermarkets. To move to other areas of the island, you can use public transport, which is very accessible near the apartment. Although renting a car is a good idea as it has a parking space.
