The views are unbeatable and the building's location makes it unique, as it is very close to museums, monuments and the Metro line is three stops from Puerta del Sol. The Archaeological Museum is very close to the apartment and is located 5 minutes walking from the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Prado Museum

The Salamanca neighbourhood is one of the best neighbourhoods in Madrid. The tranquillity and architecture of its houses and streets enable the neighbourhood to host the best shops and restaurants.
The flat is located in a privileged and quiet situation, with easy access and well-connected.
Very close to Retiro Park and a few minutes' walk from the Prado museums, archaeological museum, Thyssen, Botanical Garden, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc...
Just like Central Park in New York, Retiro Park is the lung of Madrid, where Madrilenians and tourists come to disconnect, practice sports, sunbathe, have a picnic. Therefore, the accommodation is located in one of the cleanest air zones in the capital.
In the area, there are multiple dining options and good restaurants, as well as several large hotels. Likewise, the area has supermarkets and shops of all kinds. It is in the best-connected area of Madrid: well-connected with the most tourist points of the city, access to four metro lines (4, 5, 6, 7), multiple interurban bus lines. Good communication with other cities, as it is next to the bus station, and very good access to the neighbourhood from the airport via metro, bus or taxi. There is a taxi stop next to the house.
It is also a 5-minute walk from the Institute of Enterprise, IE Business School, Princess Hospital, Ruber Clinic, Quirón San Camilo Hospital, Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital.

From Airport or Train or Bus Station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, which a Taxi costs you 30€ and waiting queues, we send you a car and we wait for you, not you (the price varies depending on the car you need). Do not hesitate to contact us.
We are lucky to have a location that allows walking to anywhere, but even so the communications are unbeatable
1) From the airport: by direct bus (line 200), by metro or by taxi (10 minutes, 30 euros)
2) To the main tourist points of the city such as Puerta del Sol, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza Cibeles, Museums (old historic centre):
a) by bus (line 52) - between 20-25 minutes journey with good views of Salamanca neighbourhood and Retiro Park, Puerta de Alcalá and Plaza Cibeles
b) by metro (line 6 and then line 2)
3) To Santiago Bernabeu: by metro, lines 7 and 10 (3 stops)
