In these cases, an additional supplement of €20/hour for cleaning and laundry is applied, to restore the cleanliness of the elements.
TOBACCO
Out of respect for other guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Lighting candles and incense is also not allowed.
KITCHEN
A kitchen is available equipped with an electric ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Italian coffee maker and household crockery. Quick meals and takeaway food can be prepared.
GYM
Less than 4 minutes walking, there is a gym. Daily passes can be purchased.

The building is inhabited by people who need to rest to attend their daily work day, so we suggest a reasonable behaviour.
