Kitchen integrated into the living room, with a beautiful bar to share an appetiser, it has an oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fully equipped!!
The apartment has a spacious entrance hall with large built-in wardrobes, bathroom with shower built with excellent finishes.
The main bedroom, large and with plenty of light, has a large built-in wardrobe where you can comfortably store all your belongings.
The house is truly cosy, we have decorated it with all our love so that it is like a small paradise where our guests can relax and feel at home.
Apartment located in the northern area of the capital, very close to the Hospital de la Paz, the financial area of the 4 Torres, surrounded by companies, shopping centres and with very good communication with the M-30 and M-40, main roads of the city.
In a neighbourhood with a commercial gallery or market with fixed stalls of the traditional kind, adapting to local customs here is very easy.

The Neighbourhood
We are located in the North of Madrid, in the well-known Pilar Neighbourhood, famous for hosting the first shopping centre that arrived in the capital of Spain, the Vaguada shopping centre just a few metres from the apartment. Very well-known for its popular festivals and the extroverted and friendly character of the people who live in it.
The apartment is located very close to two of the best hospitals in the country, the Hospital de la Paz and the Ramón y Cajal Hospital, if you need proximity to them, it is an excellent option.
Fuencarral-El Pardo is the name of a district belonging to the city of Madrid and administratively organised into the neighbourhoods of El Pardo, Fuentelarreina, Peñagrande, Pilar, La Paz, Valverde, Mirasierra and El Goloso.
This district is the largest in area, but not the most populated. As the Monte de El Pardo is located within it, the urbanised areas represent less than 50% of the district.
In its origins, the Peñagrande neighbourhood was a residential area with luxury holiday homes, separated from the urban centre of Madrid, but with the growth of neighbourhoods like Valdezarza and Ciudad Universitaria, it ended up merging with these without any physical separation.
How to arrive
From Airport or Train or Bus Station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, which a Taxi would cost you €30 and waiting queues, we send you a car and we wait for you, not you (the price varies depending on the car you need). Do not hesitate to contact us.
Metro communication is very good, it directly connects with one of the main interchanges in the city and you reach Madrid city centre in 20 min.
Countless companies have their headquarters in this neighbourhood, for business matters, this apartment is perfect due to its proximity to the North node.
