Among the two most visited museums in Madrid are the Prado Museum, jewel of Spanish painting and... the trophy museum of the Santiago Bernabéu. In the new Santiago Bernabéu that will host the best national and international events of the coming years.
Our home, which is only rented seasonally, will be the jewel that will accompany all these moments of work, reflection, study and leisure. Its 4 rooms make it especially suitable for 8 people, but if you are 10 we have a good sofa bed in the living room that will allow you to comfortably enjoy the whole house. One of the rooms is en suite and the other 3 are double rooms with single beds.
Our space is in a beautiful private urbanization with few neighbors, who want maximum peace and tranquility and to be able to enjoy their garden in the heart of the most financial area of Madrid.
3 bathrooms complete the house for the comfort of all inhabitants and a fully equipped kitchen to perform all the culinary experiments of which you are capable.
Around, in addition to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Hospital de San Rafael and the Ruber Clinic, as well as the best schools in Madrid. Restaurants and public transport at the door of the house. Public parking at 25m so you do not have parking problems if you go by car and regulated parking area next to the entrance.
The house has a 24-hour doorman to give security and comfort to the neighborhood and of course to our tenants.
If you study at Instituto de Empresa or work on the golden mile of La Castellana, this is your perfect place to enjoy your stay in Madrid.
