With 60 square meters, on the third floor of a recently renovated building and 4 people capacity, this one-bedroom apartment is a very charming accommodation.
At the entrance of it, you will find on your left an American fully equipped kitchen in the living room, and a glass table for four people, a double sofa becoming a double bed (150x190cm) if necessary, and a balcony overlooking calle La Bolsa. On your right, you will find a fully equipped bathroom next to a room with a queen size bed (150x190cm) and a metal built-in wardrobe.
Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of utensils and kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Location
Placed in a classic period building on the most famous street in Malaga: Marqués de Larios street. An emblematic street from which the rest of the historic center is born and which serves as a link between the port and the city. A few meters from the Plaza de la Constitución, and many pedestrian streets that are born from it,

The location is excellent and is well situated for the connection from the airport using the Express bus which stops approximately 100m away.

The meet and greet worked very well and Julia offered some advice with regards local restaurants which proved to be really good. As the apartment is right on the main road you will have some street noise, however that is to be expected especially if one of the many festivals are on. |

A few minor repairs could be carried out, unfortunately the damage was most likely down to those guest who don´t take care.
