The flat has a suite with a queen size bed and a master suite with a king size bed and a study. Both have air conditioning, spacious wardrobes and comfortable bed linen, perfect for resting after a day strolling along the waterfront. The bathrooms have large sinks and wide mirrors, great for dressing up and taking photos. The large living room has a sofa and smart TV, and is integrated with the dining room. The kitchen is complete and equipped with the latest appliances, a double sink and various utensils. The flat also has a laundry room. The building has a lift and concierge.

This marvellous newly refurbished flat has been designed to enhance the experience of a stay in Ipanema and can accommodate up to 4 people. With its modern décor in light tones, every detail has been thought out to bring sophistication to an environment with maximum comfort. As well as being very spacious, it has a privileged location in the heart of one of Rio de Janeiro's main neighbourhoods. The flat is located just 400 metres from Ipanema beach and 1 kilometre from Arpoador, perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the wonderful view and watching the sunset. It is next to the General Osório metro station, where the Hippie Fair takes place every Sunday, a great way to start the day. For those looking to enjoy the best of Rio's nightlife, Pizzaria Canastra is an excellent programme.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
