For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and warnings:

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).
⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
⚠️ Use the entrance and service elevator when you have luggage or swimwear.
⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
⚠️ Our check-in takes place from 3pm and our check-out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

La ubicación es malísima, además de ser horrible la cuadra es demasiado ruidosa. La puerta del baño de la habitación no cierra, queda un hueco y el otro baño tiene la puerta con maderitas abiertas lo cual se escucha todo, cero privacidad.
