Located just 3 minutes from Alvorada Beach, it is close to the best restaurants, markets, and shops in the area! In addition, it is 26 minutes from the Olympic Park and 5 minutes from Barra Shopping.

⚠️ Requirements for Apartment Access: guests MAY NOT access the apartment if the following requirements are not met:

Mandatory submission during business hours (until Friday, at 4 PM):

• Photo of documentation for all guests and companions;

• Proof of residence of the responsible party (in the case of a Brazilian guest);

• Vehicle plate, model and colour, if you will use the garage;

Note: the condominium management is not flexible. If the documentation is not registered in their system, the guest will not have access to the apartment, even with the owner's permission. Therefore, it is essential to send the data within the established deadline so that we can forward them to the administration.

NOTE: On Mondays between 9am and 10am the pool cleaning will be carried out.

Services such as: cot, early check-in, and late check-out may have additional charges; in case of doubts, contact us for further clarification.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some of the house rules and warnings:

⚠️ The reception is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.

Important: to ensure the most transparent communication possible, we inform you that a construction work is being carried out next to the accommodation, which may result in noise during the stay.

Note: The apartment building does not have a lift. To reach it, it is necessary to climb 4 flights of stairs.
