The apartment is next to where the movie "Girl from Ipanema" (1967) was shot, inspired by the greatest classic of Bossa Nova, which established Ipanema as one of Rio de Janeiro's most memorable postcards.

Important: In order to have the most transparent communication possible, we warn you that there is work going on in the neighboring building on weekdays at the time according to Rio de Janeiro's silence law (7am to 10pm).
NOTE: It is not recommended to use the balcony due to debris falling from the construction work taking place next door.

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave it here at our office.
⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).
⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.
⚠️ When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.
⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be hired and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

Nos mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento sin avisar previamente. 4) Nunca entendimos donde dejar la basura y si había que dividirla o no.
