 It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Madrid: all the comforts are provided to make you feel at home. It is an elegant apartment, fully equipped near Malasaña, ideal for traveling alone or as a couple, a few minutes from the mythical Plaza del Dos de Mayo and Plaza Olavide. There are several tapas bars in the area. It is perfectly located a few streets from Fuencarral, which makes it a perfect place to go out and enjoy the most authentic Madrid. All tourist areas such as Plaza de Sol or Gran Vía, are less than 10 minutes away on foot or as we like to say, a walk.

 This one-bedroom apartment in Madrid city center has all the amenities you need to enjoy an amazing stay!
 I have had a very prestigious designer, who has prepared everything so that it is a modern and elegant decoration. With wooden floors that give a lot of warmth, and a living room that is extremely comfortable.
 At home you can rest perfectly while you watch the flat screen television. I'll provide you with magazines so you can spend some time catching up on news or gossip. It has been recently renovated, always thinking about the greatest needs of our traveling guests.
 The fully equipped kitchen has all new modern appliances including a microwave with grill, fridge and a small dishwasher. You will feel at home while cooking here.
 Settle into your cozy room at the end of a day of exploring the city. For this I will prepare the beautiful double bed with white and fresh lingerie.
 There is a large closet where you can store all your belongings. feel at home from the beginning!
 It has a charming bathroom to freshen up when you wake up in the morning with a fantastic shower. We provide you with soft white towels!
 My property is professionally cleaned before your stay.

 From the Airport or Train or Bus Station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, which costs €30 for a Taxi and waiting lines, we send you a car and we wait for you, not you ( the price varies depending on the car you need). Don't stop contacting us.
 The apartment is located near the central district of Malasaña, so you could hardly be better located!
 Metro San Bernardo and Bilbao are the closest stations to the house, just a 3-minute walk away, connecting with Line 2 (red) and Line 4 (brown). It is located 7 - 14 minutes from the Gran Vía, the Cibeles Fountain or the magnificent Retiro Park.
 There is also a Bilbao metro station just 2 minutes walk away, which connects with L1 (blue) and also L4 (brown), it takes about 9 minutes to get to Plaza del Sol and about 15 minutes to Bilbao train station. Atocha.
 Near the apartment there are some bus stops, so you can get to the city with buses no. 3 and 147 that will take you to Callao, you can explore by taking any of them from Calle de Sagasta. And at night, the N23 will take you to Cibeles, you can explore taking any of them from Calle de Fuencarral.
 Barajas airport is particularly easy to access, you will have to take the L8 metro to Nuevos Ministerios, then change to L10 to Tribunal. Then you will have to walk 7 minutes to reach the apartment, this trip will take around 40 minutes.
 
 Other highlights
 Confirm that you will not have parties in the apartment. It is a quiet building and parties are not appropriate with a good coexistence of neighbors.
 We welcome our guests. We help you get to know Madrid and we are at your disposal throughout your stay.
 You must present your identification at the time of registration. It is mandatory by law to register all guests with the local police. I hope this is not an inconvenience.
 
 The neighborhood
 The city center of Madrid is exciting, it has a great diversity of restaurants and markets. You will be located in the neighborhood of Malasaña, where the streets are colorful and original: the lampposts are covered with colorful stickers, white facades and a lot of street art.
 The lively Plaza del Dos de Mayo is the undisputed heart of the Malasaña neighborhood
 
 The neighborhood is full of bars and cafes with open-air terraces, the aperitif on its open-air terraces, especially the famous brunches that are very well located in the Plaza del 2 de Mayo and in the Plaza de Juan Puyol, in the restaurant Hopefully.
 When you are in my neighborhood I recommend you visit Bar Lolina, where you will travel back in time among the vintage wonders, if you are a sugar addict try the pastries at Happy Day or some cocktails at Vacaciones Cocktail Bar. There are also some traditional tapas bars like The Big Fish.
 The beginning of the neighborhood is the Mercado de San Ildefonso, a street food market located on Calle Fuencarral. You'll love it!
