This property has two floors and a sunny terrace. The ground floor consists of a terrace of more than 30 square meters, with sun loungers and shower, living room with TV, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, juice squeezer, coffee maker, water heater , cutlery, pans, saucepans, coffee set, etc ... and a utility room with drying rack, washing machine and ironing area. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a double bed and a large window overlooking Puerto Rico. In addition to a bathroom with bathtub and all utensils such as towels, hair dryer, etc ... The house has wifi internet connection throughout the property and very important a parking space. The complex has a large communal pool with sun loungers that for its location enjoys many hours of sun a day. Puerto Rico is one of the best areas of Gran Canaria that is visited by more than 3,000,000 tourists per year due to its strategic location, sunny hours and good weather throughout the year. We can find a variety of restaurants, shopping areas, and nightlife. Puerto Rico has a golden sand beach known around the world and 20 minutes walking by the sea is the famous beach of white sand Amadores.
