This attractive country house is located in a beautiful location, with quick and good access to the beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa (less than 5 minutes by car) and Punta Prima (10 minutes by car). In addition, it is located just 3km from the town of Sant Lluís, and 5km from Mahón, the capital, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and businesses.
Exterior area:
The outdoor area of this property is very spacious, has a lot of charm and has a beautiful garden. The pool (4m x 8.5m) is surrounded by sandstone flooring and there are also large areas of grass around it. It has different rest areas, all comfortable and well furnished. On the porch of the living room there is a table with chairs to eat in the shade, and two areas with comfortable furniture to relax. Additionally, in the pool area, there is another porch with a table with benches and a barbecue.

The decoration is taken care of down to the last detail, with comfortable and quality furniture.
