In addition, it is just 3km from the village of Sant Lluís, and 5km from Mahón, the capital, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and businesses.

The exterior area of this property is very spacious, has a lot of charm and features a beautiful garden. The swimming pool (4m x 8.5m) is surrounded by marés flooring and there are also large lawn areas around it. It has different rest areas, all comfortable and well-furnished. On the living room porch there is a table with chairs to eat in the shade, and two areas with comfortable furniture to relax. Additionally, in the pool area, there is another porch with a table with built-in benches and a barbecue.

The decoration is carefully crafted down to the last detail, with comfortable and quality furniture.
