I study on the ground floor near the Sagrada Familia. The best thing about this flat is the location, it is really good.
It is located between Sagrada Familia and Arc de Triomf, in the Fort Pienc area.
The studio has 1 double sofa bed (in the living room) and 1 single bed (in the kitchen), the apartment's capacity is up to 3 people. There is a kitchen and 1 full bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge/freezer, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob and microwave) and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed sheets, iron and hairdryer are included.
Please note that the apartment is small (30m2) and is located on a ground floor with an inner courtyard.
It is an interior apartment with small windows and little natural light.
Quiet and safe area, with all the necessary services for an optimal stay in Barcelona. It is one of the most charismatic and elegant areas of the city, very safe, quiet but at the same time active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where families mix with the young and international atmosphere. In the same street as the apartment, there are several restaurants, cafés, art galleries, etc.
The Sagrada Familia temple is located 10 minutes walking distance. And with a pleasant 15-minute walk, one reaches one of the most beautiful streets in the city, Passeig de Gracia, where two emblematic Gaudí buildings are located: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
