Ground floor studio apartment located in Salamanca, Goya area 20 minutes walking from El Retiro Park. Ideal for couples and friends.
The apartment has 2 single beds in the living room, so the capacity of the apartment is up to 2 people. There is 1 full bathroom and the apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI high speed internet, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and washing machine. The towels and sheets are included.
The apartment is located in the area Salamanca, Goya 20 minutes walking from El Retiro Park. It is a residential, cosy and safe neighbourhood.
Please be aware that the apartment is on a ground floor with direct access from the street.

In addition, our staff is equipped with protective materials that prevent the transmission of the virus.
