Located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and a physical doorman, this bright apartment offers a terrace and a balcony from which to contemplate the sunset in silence, without noise or traffic. Its interior, cosy and functional, is fully equipped: fold-down bed, Italian sofa bed, central air conditioning and a carefully decorated space that invites you to stay.
Inside, you will find an open living room that combines a comfortable double bed with a sofa bed, adapting to your needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, utensils, crockery and everything necessary to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. The bathroom is complete and modern, with a practical shower tray.
Book your stay and walk along the Manzanares River: Its proximity to the river allows you to enjoy pleasant walks or bike rides along its banks!

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Moncloa-Aravaca district, in Madrid, is an area that combines residential tranquillity with a varied gastronomic and leisure offer. Located next to the Manzanares River and close to green spaces such as Casa de Campo and Oeste Park, this area is ideal for those who enjoy nature without moving away from the urban centre.

Just a few steps away, Casa de Campo with 1,700 hectares of nature, lake and endless walks. In front of you, Campo del Moro and the Royal Gardens with unique views of the Royal Palace. In just a few minutes on foot, you will reach Gran Vía, the renovated Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and the Temple of Debod, famous for their magical sunsets.

In the neighbourhood itself, there is also a cultural jewel: the Hermitage of San Antonio de la Florida, famous for housing Goya's impressive frescoes and for its traditional Madrid festivities that still preserve their popular essence.

Just behind, the historic Príncipe Pío shopping centre – a former station converted into a cultural and leisure space – with shops, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, parking and theatre.
