It is also very close to the museums, monuments and the Metro line is two stops from the Puerta del Sol. The Reina Sofía National Museum of Art, La Casa Encendida (Center for Alternative Art and the Teatro Circo Price, Teatro Valle- Inclán, Múseo del Ferrocarril (ideal to go with children) are very close to the apartment and is 10 minutes walk from the Prado Museum and rest of Galeries and Art area
Eat the Mercado de San Fernando, a typical restaurated food factory where you can taste the most typical Spanish food
In front of the house, you can take a nice walk in the Park Casino de la Reina, where you disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city for a little while

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and has the necessary space to prepare and store meals. The open layout of this space is perfect for socialising while cooking or enjoying a meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

The bathroom is equipped with a contemporary-style shower tray, providing everything necessary for daily comfort. The finishes are modern and high-quality, creating a practical and attractive space.

One of the distinctive features of this property is that it has balconies facing the street, allowing natural light to enter and offering views of the urban environment. These balconies are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or simply relaxing and observing city life.

Estudios Street is located in the La Latina area, part of the Centro district. Below, I describe the neighbourhood, emphasising leisure areas, restaurants, and attractions near Estudios Street, as well as how to move from this area to Madrid's most iconic areas.

Leisure Areas, Restaurants and Attractions:

1. Plaza Mayor: One of the most famous squares in Madrid is a short distance from Estudios Street. It is a historic place surrounded by iconic buildings and with a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. It usually hosts markets and special events.

2. San Miguel Market: Near Plaza Mayor, this market is known for its gastronomic offerings. Here you will find Spanish tapas and dishes, as well as gourmet products. It is an ideal place to taste local cuisine in a lively atmosphere.

3. La Latina: This neighbourhood is known for its tapas bars, restaurants and nightlife. Estudios Street is located in this area, near popular spots like Cava Baja Street, which hosts a large number of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy tapas and other delicacies.
