Leaving the building we find Patalavaca beach. A golden sand beach where you can enjoy the sun more than 300 days a year on average and average temperatures of more than 23 Cº annually. The property has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the beach, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, iron and board, hair dryer, kettke, toaster, kitchenware, flat screen TV, washing machine, wifi, towels and bed linen. Everything you need for a stay in Gran Canaria. The location on the one hand in the Playa de Patalavaca municipality of Mogán has an avenue with a variety of services such as coffee shops, restaurants on the beach, supermarkets, etc ... A short distance away we find Argüinegüin, a friendly fishing village, Puerto Rico, Amadores and port of Mógan the little Venice, a maritime town known worldwide. Communications are another added advantage. The GC1 motorway is close to the property and from it you can access the airport, the city of Las Palmas and connect with almost any point of the Island. On the other hand a few meters away there is a bus stop that with line # 1 we can move from Las Palmas to Mogán passing through the airport.
