A typical family house in the area of Agaete. The house has been used for a long time as the primary residence and has a very personal touch.
COVID-19 Security Measures. The health and safety of our guests and staff is our priority. This accommodation has got Hygiene and disinfection protocols, specific for COVID-19. A mandatory 24-hour security period has also been established between departures and arrivals of guests.
Situated in a tranquil area of Agaete and yet close to all areas of interest, this is an ideal place for all those who love nature and want to spend their holidays in a quiet village.
The famous natural pools of Agaete are in a short walking distance, and so is the harbor with its restaurant and its black-stone-beach.
The house offers all the comforts for a relaxing and pleasant stay.The villa is built in a duplex style and has two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a balcony with views. Two bathrooms, one at each level, are available.
The outside area consists of a big, semi roofed terrace, allowing to enjoy the terrace as well during the sunniest hours of the day in the shade. It is nearly perfect for barbecue evenings. Dishwasher and other facilities are at disposal.
