This beautiful accommodation with capacity for up to 6 people is located on the first floor of a historic building at Alameda Principal. An exclusive and elegant apartment that will make your holiday to become an unforgettable memory.

At your entrance, you can find the main room separated from the rest of the house. On the left, there is the main bedroom with double bed and a fully equipped bathroom. The living room is attached to a fully-equipped kitchen in peninsula and grey and white colours, having a perfect fusion with living room area. Just in front, a wooden dining table for 4 people, and a beautiful living room with chester sofa easily which becomes easily into a double bed. At the end of the living room, two French balconies with exterior views, and next to the living room, you will find the second room of the accommodation.
Equipment and installations: Elevator, LED TV, WiFi High Speed Internet, air conditioning (hot and cold), oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and kitchen utensils, linens, towels, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Located in a completely renovated building, it is in one of the most emblematic places of the city, Alameda Principal, next to the Arts District - SoHo and a few meters from Marqués de Larios street. The place where it is located, Alameda Principal, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses and the main pedestrian streets where you could walk to enjoy the true essence of this mediterranean city
Distances to the main points of interest:
- Museums: Picasso (850 meters), Thyssen (50 meters), Pompidou (1 km).
- Monuments: Cathedral (550 meters), Roman Theater (800 meters), Alcazaba (800 meters).
- Shopping area: Calle Larios (350 meters)

Excellent apartment very clean and spacious, great location within easy reach of shops, restaurants and beach.
Staff very helpful and very polite.
This was my third visit to these apartments and I have booked to return in September.

El apartamento es muy grande, mi familia y yo nos quedamos cómodos en él. Cerca tiene un mini mercado para conseguir las cosas básicas, tambien tiene el mercado principal y a pocos minutos de la playa. Nos recibieron gratamente en una recepción y nossee more

Lo malo fueron las construcciones que están haciendo en la avenida del frente. Un poco de ruido en el día si abrías las ventanas aunque he de decir que los dormitorios tienen doble ventana y no se escucha ningún ruido.
