This apartment is 70 square meters and 6 people capacity. Definitely, it is a very special property, decorated with all the attention on the smallest details and overlooking one of the most popular areas of historical city center: Atarazanas.
The living room is attached to a fully-equipped kitchen with minimalist design whose fusion with living room has been done carefully. You will find a wooden dining table for 4 people a two-seater sofa (which can easily become into a 150cmx200cm bed). The apartment also has two large bedrooms, which have been decorated with care and has a perfect natural lighting. The first one has two single beds and two balconies with exterior views. The second one has a king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and, in case you need it, it also has a safe box. The bathroom is fully equipped as well and provide a washing machine.
Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, WiFi High Speed Internet, safe box, air conditioning, heating, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware tools, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Location
Located in a completely refurbished building, it is next to one of the most emblematic places of the city, the Central Market of Atarazanas, and a few meters from the popular Plaza de Félix Sáenz. The place where it is located, Calle Alhóndiga, is part of one of the traditionally most typical areas of Málaga life, due to the many small businesses around, and small pedestrian streets that you could walk to enjoy the true essence of this mediterranean city.
Distances to the main points of interest:
-Museums: Picasso (700 meters), Thyssen (350 meters), Pompidou (1200 meters).
-Monuments: Cathedral (400 meters), Roman Theater (750 meters), Alcazaba (700 meters).

Really nice apartment with a very good location. Everything is just around the corner - close to the city sights, restaurants, coffee bars, shops etc. About 12-15 min nice walk to the beach, mostly by the sea.

This apartment was lovely and clean, and very comfy beds. Location amazing in the heart of the city and we stepped outside to the cafe opposite fir wonderful churros and chocolate each day. Only criticism was that our room had extra glazing to keep osee more

Only criticism was that our room had extra glazing to keep out noise but my boys room didn't. As we were there in Holy Week it was very noisy. But my boys kept through it anyway! Great value for money.

Mario nos recibió y nos mostró el apartamento además de explicarnos y recomendarnos sitios a los que ir sobre un mapa que él mismo nos facilitó, además de un teléfono de información 24h para ayudarnos en todo, cómo así fue, cada vez que tuvimos que hacer uso de él. Siempre con una sonrisa, la mejor de las intenciones, profesionalidad y una buena dosis de belleza. Muchas gracias Mario, hiciste de nuestra estancia todo un placer. Esperamos repetir.

Apartment had all the facilities you’d expect and was quiet despite being on a main thoroughfare. Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment overall.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Malaga en famille. Un grand merci à José et Aléjandro pour leur accueil personnalisé et leurs conseils avisés pour des visites avec des enfants. L'appartement est impeccable, tout à fait conforme aux photos et nsee more
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Malaga en famille. Un grand merci à José et Aléjandro pour leur accueil personnalisé et leurs conseils avisés pour des visites avec des enfants. L'appartement est impeccable, tout à fait conforme aux photos et nous avons trouvé tout le confort souhaité. L'énorme atout de cet appartement est sa localisation : il est en plein centre ville sans aucune nuisance. Toutes les visites se font à pied et il y en a pour tous les goûts (shopping, musées, citadelle, château, cathédrale...). Le supermarché est à 5mn à pied. Les plages sont entre 5 à 10mn en voiture pour 5€ à 8€ en taxi par trajet. L'appartement se situe à 3mn de la rue marchande principale avec son animation son et lumière merveilleux pour les fêtes de Noel (mes enfants ont adoré cette animation avec les groupes de musique présents). Tous les restaurants sont au pied de l'appartement : je vous recommande le marché avec ses plats à emporter et surtout le meilleur café Chocolat Churros de la ville juste en face de l'appartement, un vrai délice pour les grands et les enfants !. J'ai déjà recommandé cet appartement à mes proches (amis et famille). Si je reviens à Malaga, je relouerai sans hésiter cet appartement.
