Located next to the Guadalmedina River and next to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant five-room apartment is a perfect place if you want to stay in Malaga with family or big group of friends.

120 square meters and a capacity of up to 8 people, it is an exclusive home decorated with the biggest attention to the smallest details and the best qualities to makke sure the comfort of our guests.
After the hall, you will find a living room with a two-seater sofa in grayish tones from which natural light enters directly through a large window overlooking the exterior. Perfectly integrated into the living room, we will find a fully equipped kitchen with white tones next to a table for up to four people. Regarding the bathrooms, the house has two bathrooms with shower. Finally, along the main corridor, you will find the master bedroom with double bed, two double bedrooms with two single beds each, and two single rooms with a single bed, all decorated with style and designer headboards.
Equipment and installations: Flat screen TV, WiFi High Speed Internet, air conditioning hot and cold, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding, towels , washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

It is located in one of the streets adjoining the Guadalmedina River, San Andrés Street, a few minutes from important areas of the city, such as María Zambrano Train Station, SoHo and Alameda Principal, which will lead you to the heart of the historic center. The place where this apartment is located, just a few minutes from the Arts District, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the surrounding streets.
